What is Creamed Honey?

Creamed Honey is the crème de la crème of Raw Honey, that easily spreads like a jelly would. It is a controlled process of crystallization whereby a large number of small crystals prevent the formation of larger crystals that naturally occur in unprocessed honey, ultimately producing Honey with a smooth spreadable consistency.  Unlike Crystalized Honey which is grainy, Creamed Honey is smooth and more easily spread.

This product was produced using the “Dyce” method, patented by Elton J. Dyce in 1935.
