Most people like their Zuchini small, but occassionally we don't get around to picking it in time. That's when we make a Zucchini Boat! Cut in half (the long way), scooped out, then packed with hamburger, cheese, chopped tomato, a small amount of diced garlic, and whatever pleases your palet, then baked, will make a meal for an entire family!
